UNITED KINGDOM STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95 (3 - 5 Working Days)
Standard Delivery (3 - 5  Working Days) is £3.95 on all order under £45. Please note, if orders are placed at the weekend or in the evening they will be processed on the next working day and delivery can take up to 5 working days from that point. Deliveries can also take up to 5 days during sale periods and bank holidays. Please ensure you order before 1pm on a Friday to receive your order by Wednesday the following week.

Standard Delivery is free on orders of £45 or more.

BANK HOLIDAYS
Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or after 3pm the day before a Bank Holiday will be delayed in dispatch until the following working day.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
If you have placed an order but have entered in the incorrect delivery address then please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to catch it in time.

Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company. Please ensure you include a mobile number with your order so that we can contact you about your delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM?
Yes, we also deliver to Republic of Ireland.

CAN I RECYCLE MY PACKAGING?
All of our packaging is recyclable or reusable. and we will do our best to catch it in time.

RETURNS

30 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Chi-Africa website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please also note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Chi-Africa website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.

Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories or instruction booklets, and the relevant receipt and dispatch note. Any refund will be made to the card used when placing your order. Your refund will be processed within 30 days following receipt of your returned product. Please note: if the product is not returned in its original condition, we shall return it to you and will not issue an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

We are not currently able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size please return your item for a full refund and re-purchase the new size.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is normally 14 working days from the day after the date on which the item in question was delivered.

To cancel your order, please contact us.

In each case within the statutory cooling-off period and giving details of the items ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please place the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your dispatch note to the above address.

A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including standard delivery costs if paid.  Please use the Freepost Returns Label included in your package to return the item free of charge.
